We would therefore like to offer £200 per successful Candidate referral subject to the following terms:

1. Austen Lloyd must not already have received details of that Candidate prior to your referral.
2. The Candidate must be placed in a permanent Position by Austen Lloyd within 10 weeks of your referral.
3. The Candidate must complete at least 1 Months initial service in the new Position.

Subject to the above, you will receive the referral fee of £200 within a week of the completion of this initial service.
