An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor/Associate to join a nationwide established top 100 law firm in West Yorkshire.



You will join a team that are consistently listed in "Chambers" and the "Legal 500". Their clients range from large organisations, regional businesses, and some high-net-worth individuals.



The ideal candidate will need to be a qualified solicitor, Chartered Legal Executives with at least 6 years PQE.



You will be expected to manage your own client contact time and case-load made up of a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. As they are looking for someone experienced, you will also be expected to assist and help develop junior members of the team.



A strong business development ethic through building strong client relationships and attending and presenting at networking events will help you grow the department and make a success of the role.



Areas of Employment law that you will be expected to assist on:

- Conduct of Employment Tribunal litigation up to hearing stage, with some telephone advocacy if required
- Preparation, negotiation and advising on Settlement Agreements (for employers and employees)
- Advising on industrial relations and strike action
