Job Title: Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Description: We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence to join an excellent, established, multi office, high street law firm in Berkshire at a senior level. This is a rare combination of skills and the firm will value your contribution accordingly This is a senior appointment and we would like to hear from applicants with a minimum of four years PQE who would be willing and capable of playing a major role within the firm. The role would rapidly develop into acting as Head of Department, where you will be involved in fee earning and managing and mentoring a small existing team. You should be competent to business develop and help market the firm generally. You should be a good communicator and have the confidence and ability to lead the department into the future. Interpersonal skills will be valued here as there will be plenty of client contact, where you should be keen to become actively involved.
