SENIOR SOLICITORS - 5 PQE +



This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and confident employment solicitor to join a brilliant Legal 500 firm, getting stuck in to high quality work with some HNW and UHNW clients.



The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' PQE, and will be an enthusiastic go-getter, looking to make the next step in their career and forge their own path within Employment law.



This work will cover commercial HNW clients, and the work will be contentious and non-contentious, so experience in both is essential to success. You will be getting involved in all aspects of the process, and will be joining a fast-growing and highly successful team.



Beneficial to your application will be a demonstrable enthusiasm for business development and any supervisory experience to date, as you will be able to assume a mentoring role for junior solicitors, delivering training and carrying out supervision and delegation of tasks.



Exposure to and experience in leading on Employment Tribunals will also be advantageous, as this is a really great hands-on role where you can perform with minimal supervision.



This role has excellent career progression, with a view to leading the team.
