You will have a substantial amount of experience, ostensibly demonstrating both your passion for Employment and your dedication to high-quality work. Experience is essential as you will need to manage a significant caseload of employment files from initial instruction to completion.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate experience across the employment law spectrum including; corporate support, employment tribunal litigation and TUPE.
