SENIOR ASSOCIATE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM - 4+PQE
This is an exciting new instruction for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly successful Legal 500 law firm.
We are looking to hear from applicants from 4+ PQE and with a proven track record in a client facing role. This position has the potential to develop rapidly. This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed for somebody to lead the development of the department, bringing long term career prospects.
To advise and assist clients in connection with, both contentious and non-contentious, employment matters:
* Advocacy in employment tribunals-Directions Hearings/Preliminary Hearings
* Ability to prepare for employment tribunal cases, including preparation of Claim/Response, Interlocutory Applications, Witness Statements, Skeleton Arguments
* Corporate support work - e.g. advice on TUPE in connection with transactions; advising on indemnities and warranties; due diligence reports for clients.
* Drafting contracts, policies and procedures; advising clients on what procedures are required
