Ref: EM43810 Job Title: Residential Conveyancer or solicitor Description: A fantastic regional law firm situated in Leicester are looking for a Residential Conveyancer or solicitor to join their busy residential property team.



The Successful candidates will have solid residential property experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Applications are invited from candidates at 2 years + PQE including solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives with proven experience of working in a busy conveyancing team.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including

*

Sales and purchases
*

Remortgages
*

Dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties)
*

New builds
*

Repossessions
*

Deeds of gifts
*

Equity releases
*

Drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.







This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a new experienced Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday 9-5
