EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - NORTH CENTRAL LONDON

Exciting opportunity for a talented Employment Solicitor, looking to take a major step up in their career with a highly regarded, forward thinking and close-knit North London firm.

Employment Solicitor- 3+ PQE -

A close-knit firm with a focus on achieving real results and prioritising client needs are on the lookout for an experienced, ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their well-regarded team.

This is a mid-level role ideal for those with 3+ PQE who have experience within both contentious & non-contentious matters, representing both employers & employees.

You will need to manage a broad caseload of employment files from start to finish with the support from a highly skilled team. The successful candidate will be able to work independently within the team and to develop their own independent case load over time. You should have strong business development and client care skills and an interest in developing this side of your work. You should be able to give pragmatic, practical and commercial advice to a range of sophisticated clients

This is a full time position predominantly taking place at their North London office but there is some flexibility here.
