Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Bristol

The Role

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, and banking disputes.

• Engage in intellectual property disputes, defamation, fraud, procurement disputes, partnership disputes, and shareholder disputes.

• Manage your own caseload and assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes.

• Participate in business development to aid the team's growth.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with a background in Commercial Litigation or Commercial Dispute Resolution.

• Strong academic record and a keen interest in litigation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.

• Commercially minded, pragmatic, and able to use initiative.

• Organised, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Ambitious and motivated to advance your career within a leading practice.
