The Role
Handle commercial sales and acquisitions
Manage registered and unregistered commercial property transactions
Engage in refinancing and corporate finance work
Deal with easements
Oversee non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
Manage your own caseload with support
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high service levels
Contribute to business development and marketing activities
About You
NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer
Experience in commercial property work
Commercially minded, organised, and proactive
Strong communication skills and client care approach
Confident with case management systems
Willing to contribute to the team
