The Role
Manage a diverse caseload of complex insurance and coverage disputes.
Handle defendant Professional Indemnity disputes and Financial Institutions matters.
Work on complex policy coverage disputes for insurers and reinsurers.
Engage in cyber breach response and coverage work.
Explore emerging areas such as Warranty & Indemnity, FinTech, and Tech E&O.
Deal with high-value, technically complex insurance claims with international elements.
Opportunity to specialise or maintain a broad insurance practice.
Develop client relationships and engage in business development.
About You
4+ years' PQE in insurance, ideally from a City, major regional, or leading international firm.
Experience advising on significant insurance matters.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice.
Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
Interest in developing client relationships within the insurance market.
