Commercial Property Solicitor – Suffolk

The Role

• Manage your own commercial property matters with appropriate support.

• Advise on landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases, and wider real estate matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documentation.

• Assist with larger investment, development, and real estate transactions.

• Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and other professional contacts.

• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team.

About You

• 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property, although experience is more important than the exact level.

• Strong landlord and tenant experience.

• Good drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own caseload.

• Experience of acquisitions, disposals, development, or real estate finance would be advantageous.
