The Role

Provide guidance on tax implications for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
Advise on venture capital and tax-efficient investment opportunities.
Manage transaction processes and coordinate with regulatory teams.
Advise on VAT matters.
Support senior lawyers on complex cross-border transactions.

Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate tax matters.
Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
