The Role
Handle a variety of dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, debt recovery, and property disputes.
Engage in insolvency-related matters, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.
Work on intellectual property disputes, civil litigation, and County Court claims.
Participate in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and injunctions.
Assist from initial instruction to resolution, taking responsibility for cases.
About You
Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive with litigation experience.
Interest in contentious legal work and knowledge of County Court procedures.
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
Commercial and client-focused approach, able to work independently and in a team.
