The Role
Manage a varied caseload of property disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Engage in high-value development and land disputes, covering rights of way and boundary issues.
Advise clients through negotiations, formal proceedings, and ADR methods like mediation.
Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including property developers and landlords.
Participate in business development initiatives and client pitch preparations.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 3 years' PQE in Property Litigation.
Strong understanding of land law principles and Civil Procedure Rules.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
Proactive team player committed to high client service standards.
