The Role
Engage in real estate finance transactions.
Handle secured lending matters.
Manage property investment and development finance.
Oversee acquisition finance.
Conduct refinancing and restructuring transactions.
Perform due diligence and transaction management.
Draft and negotiate finance and security documentation.
Advise lenders, investors, developers, and corporate borrowers.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE.
Experienced in banking, real estate finance, or property finance.
Possess excellent technical and drafting skills.
Confident in managing transactions and client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness.
Enjoy working within a collaborative and ambitious team.
