The Role
Advise partners on strategic regulatory and compliance matters.
Monitor risk trends and compliance developments.
Ensure firm-wide compliance with SRA and regulatory obligations.
Develop and deliver training on compliance issues.
Provide ongoing advice and guidance to colleagues.
About You
Minimum 4 years of experience in a compliance role.
Proven management or team-leading skills in a legal or professional setting.
Preferred background as a Solicitor/Lawyer, though not essential.
IRM qualification is advantageous.
