Since joining the business in 2016, Isabel has built an extensive network of law firms and legal professionals across the region. Over the past decade, she has developed strong relationships with Partners, Heads of Department and senior decision-makers, giving her a detailed understanding of the local legal market and the opportunities available within it. Isabel recruits across the full spectrum of private practice, from NQ through to Partner level, alongside Legal Executives and senior operational appointments including Practice Management and Legal Accounts.
