The Role

  • Handle high-value civil and commercial disputes.

  • Engage in civil fraud, asset recovery, and investigations.

  • Work on cross-border disputes and conflict of laws.

  • Conduct complex High Court litigation.

  • Manage contractual, shareholder, and partnership disputes.

  • Address sanctions and white-collar crime matters.

  • Provide reputation management and injunctive relief.

  • Oversee enforcement proceedings.

About You

  • 5–8 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation.

  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.

  • Experience handling complex disputes autonomously.

  • Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.

  • Ideally, experience with High Court and cross-border disputes.
