The Role
Handle high-value civil and commercial disputes.
Engage in civil fraud, asset recovery, and investigations.
Work on cross-border disputes and conflict of laws.
Conduct complex High Court litigation.
Manage contractual, shareholder, and partnership disputes.
Address sanctions and white-collar crime matters.
Provide reputation management and injunctive relief.
Oversee enforcement proceedings.
About You
5–8 years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation.
Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Experience handling complex disputes autonomously.
Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
Ideally, experience with High Court and cross-border disputes.
