The Role
Advise employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Manage your own caseload and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex and strategic matters.
Supervise and support junior lawyers and trainees.
Engage in business development, networking, and thought leadership.
Build your personal profile and contribute to the growth of the Employment practice.
About You
Approximately 5+ years' PQE, with relevant experience considered.
Experience from a recognised regional, City, or larger commercial law firm.
Strong technical knowledge in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
Ability to manage complex matters independently.
Interest in business development and client relationship management.
Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.
