The Role

• Advise employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

• Manage your own caseload and foster long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex and strategic matters.

• Supervise and support junior lawyers and trainees.

• Engage in business development, networking, and thought leadership.

• Build your personal profile and contribute to the growth of the Employment practice.

About You

• Approximately 5+ years' PQE, with relevant experience considered.

• Experience from a recognised regional, City, or larger commercial law firm.

• Strong technical knowledge in employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.

• Ability to manage complex matters independently.

• Interest in business development and client relationship management.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.
