The Role
Join the General Liability team in Bristol, focusing on personal injury claims.
Engage in health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and product regulation.
Manage fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims.
Advise on legal aspects of claims, including coverage.
Deliver high-quality client service and adhere to service level agreements.
Contribute to team development and process improvements.
Attend client events and travel to London as required.
About You
Legal Executive or Solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE.
Experience in personal injury claims and fast track litigation.
Interest in Product Law and Health & Safety.
Strong legal procedural knowledge and attention to detail.
Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial solutions.
Committed to business development and firm culture.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
