Residential Development Senior Associate – Bristol

The Role

• Advise a broad range of clients in the residential development sector.

• Handle acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners.

• Manage strategic land matters, including promotion agreements and options.

• Oversee overage arrangements and conditional contracts.

• Conduct title due diligence and manage development matters.

• Address easements, tenancies, and other residential development issues.

• Collaborate with the Real Estate team to provide comprehensive client services.

• Support the growth of the residential development practice.

About You

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.

• Experience or interest in residential development.

• Strong technical and commercial real estate knowledge.

• Proficient in acquisitions, disposals, and development-related matters.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Commercially minded and proactive in client work.

• Interest in business development and client relationships.

• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment.
